Shipping policy

All efforts are made to get orders out and shipped to the customer as soon as possible. Orders are guaranteed to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped by the end of the next business day at the latest.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

LOC Sports ships anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska (50 states). Standard shipping is 4-6 business days, plus 1 day of processing. Expressed shipping is 2-3 business days, plus 1 day of processing. Note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact the mail carrier (USPS) for updates regarding your order status.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Missing or Lost Packages

We understand it can be frustrating to deal with missing or lost packages; however, once a package is handed to the carrier, LOC Sports is no longer responsible for missing, lost, delayed, or damaged packages. The responsibility and risks are then handed to the customer once the package is handed over.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the carrier directly as soon as possible, to resolve the matter. They are best positioned to assist you with locating your package.
