Refund policy
RETURNS
Each customer has 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. To qualify for a 100% refund, all items must be new/unused, and include all original packaging still attached/sealed (including plastic wrap) and accessories. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened/used products may be eligible for return, but are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine the product's condition. Items not in a resalable condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any paddles that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees incurred on returns and exchanges.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

WARRANTY
Our products come with a 90-day warranty from the original purchase date. Any issues that are determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect will be covered by LOC Sports. That means we will send you a replacement paddle, free of charge.
Warranty exclusions include standard wear and tear, damage from misuse, negligence, abuse, and accidents. Theft or loss of items is not covered. Fading graphics and worn grip tape are not covered. Contest/giveaway products are not eligible for warranty. You must be the original purchaser to be eligible for the warranty.
Warranty requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and each product will be examined for the existence of defects. Warranty claims will be accepted at the discretion of LOC Sports. Warranty claims cannot be reclaimed.
